Power Brake Services

I have been trying to get Bob Sweeting from Power Brake Service for the last 5 days. I have emailed and texted him I have tried to call but he doesn't answer his phone and the voicemail is full. I ordered a hydroboost system from on Jan. 6 at which time he charged my CC. After almost a month I got ahold of him and he needed my info again. The parts finally came in on March 2 the hose ends are wrong and I'm not sure its the right master cylinder. I just want him to call me so we can talk and solve the problem so far no reply.

I emailed Power Brake Services today and asked for a refund. The whole idea was to have better brakes for EJS. At this point I think it's just to close and I won't have time work out any problems and test it before I leave. I guess I'll wait and see what happens.

Any chance you noticed yesterday was Saturday?
Today is Sunday.
Neither are "work days" for businesses.
Guess I would use a phone and call tomorrow. (Monday, typically the first business day of the week).
You just calling a cell number, or do you have his shop number?
Bad deal if his shop phone messages are full!
Are you close to the business? If not, know anyone that is? Maybe someone needs to check on him to make sure everything is ok?

I understand this is the weekend but this has been an ongoing problem his voicemail has been full for over a month. I figured I won't here anything till Monday but i pulled the parts out of the box on Wed. night and started calling and emailing right away. I'm not looking to cause this guy problems but I have a small business and this is poor customer service any way you look at it. I'm hoping this prompts him into calling me.
