Is Great Lakes Extreme Off-road Still in buisness

I placed a order with Great Lakes 4x4 for a diff cover and u joint girdles on august 27th.

I have since tried to call an email to get an anticipated ship date with no response.

There phone goes straight to a voicemail that is full.

Does anyone have experience with them like this, or should I be contacting my credit card company.

Many years ago I bought a bead lock kit from them.
Took 4 months and me cancelling the order on my card to get a call back.
Fuck them. Now I will call stuff like that at RuffStuff

8 years ago or so I had an issue receiving parts from GLO, and was in a roundabout way was told to F O by them. Eventually got my parts (a set of disc brake brackets at that time) 3 months later. From that day on I have avoided, and recommended for people to avoid dealing with them. Spent tens of thousands since then with companies like Barnes4wd, Ruffstuff, DIY4X, and Lugnut4x4 to name a few and have not had a single issue.
