So yeah, didn't get much accomplished this weekend due to our steel shop not having any 1/8th round stock for a safety bead, but did get all 4 rings welded and ground down. Went DBAG whit on the outers

So with no steel and a fresh dump of snow decided to go wheeling instead, now I got more shit to fix

Welcome to the forum and thanks for sharing. Rig looks awesome.

Can you post some pics of your front 3 link setup when you get a chance?

Thanks, I have a few during mock up, somethings have changed since then though, but link location is still the same. I could take some recent pics at ride height also...

Full drop

Few inches past full drop

Full stuff flex shot

Looks pretty tight, but around 1.25" clearance between panhard and crank

Another of the axle at full stuff

Truss just clears

And just the one flex shot

Thanks man. Here's some pics of the cab pinch

I cut out the floor and fire wall and measured up. 18" to take out

Chop chop

And back together

Firewall

Sectioned it so could keep the factory tunnel, and minty Crome go pedal cover

And tacked it back in. I did tack the stock floor in at this point, but only for a reference, I did build my own floor, but kept the factory tunnel hump.

Sectioned the firewall pieces back in that I hacked the shit out of

All back together

Awesome truck.
There was another Chevy with a narrowed cab on here years ago. The debate on why not just use an S10 cab came up. Yours looks cool but do you think a different cab from an S10, ranger, Toyota would have been easier?

Ive been toying with this idea and have thought about the s10 thing but there is less room for tall people. Used to own one so I know

Plus square body trucks are the best lookin
