The first two are gone, deposits on 3 and 4 are in hand with more than 6 others in the works..If you want in at the promotional price give me a call or send me a message and lets get you in the books! Don't miss out on getting into a new chassis at this promotional price! I'm working out some smoking deals and have a killer shipping company that can get these things out at VERY reasonable prices.

#3 and #4 are under construction, while deposits are down already for #5 and #6 (both 5&6 are EVO4's so stay tuned on updates for the 4 seater comming soon).

I have a chassis going on the rack today that will come back to us to be turn key after a few more chassis are built. It will feature an FJ40 front end / LQ9 /turbo400 / Atlas / dual steering D60's / 40" treps... It will be a cool build, but more than that, the build will serve as a documented "HOW TO" from us to show just how easy it is to get your project to a roller and in the woods. Kinda like writing a manual

BTW.. My shipping company ROCKS!! So don't be afraid of the shipping, it is VERY reasonable.

If your kicking tires.. email me at [email protected] and lets get you locked in at the promotional price.

He is also not lying about the shipping costs. Super low compared to every other quote Ive gotten.

#3 and #4 out the door...

For those of you that want something besides a CJ front end, I've made the CJ hoop a "no charge option"... just ask for it. The basic front end will be two standard shock hoops that give plenty of room for whatever front end you'd like. The "Front Fender" option is $100 and can still be added to either front end.

Deposits are in hand for #5 and #6 of the promotion...

Both will be four seaters called the EVO4. I've worked out the proportions of the chassis to allow a full 48" wide bench from PRP to bolt in the rear while still having 44" of bed space behind the seat.

So, if you've been holding out for an option that seats the whole family.. stay tuned we start cutting on Monday.

EVO2 EX with basic front, optional tube rear, revised extended cab section for even more room, and some additional tubework in the roof.. I'll be building this one up in house soon.

Stock FJ40 hood with very minor trimming for reference.

Shipped to business 80634.

Also let me know price before shipping. I may have to head back to VA soon for a little while so I might be able to pick it up in person too.

The owner of Chassis #1 has sent some pics of his roller... Using ARTEC trusses front and rear and the suspension brackets on the chassis from me, he was quickly and easily able to get his chassis to a roller. WB is 112" on 43" SX's. Motor is a LQ9. This gives a great perspective of the size of the chassis and the room in it... I will be doing a full build soon as well to help give everyone some ideas and show the process of finishing a chassis out.

Deposit for #7 is an EVO2 EX going to TN
Deposit for #8 is also an EVO2 EX going to Colorado

The promotional price is only for the first 10 we sell and is $1000 off of the retail pricing... If you want one, let me know so we can get a deposit and secure your spot in line.

Stay tuned for pics of the first EVO4 coming off the rack this week!

Introducing the EVO4

This Chassis has a 16" stretch added to the EX model and is going to have a 130"+ Wheel Base geared toward 40" and bigger tires... Unlike other 4 seat chassis out there, this one is designed to use a full 48" wide rear bench that could seat three adults in the back and still have some bed space for all your junk! If your looking to build something that will haul the WHOLE FAMILY and your camping gear, or if you just want to load up a crew of 5 and still have enough room for a cooler big enough to keep all of them from getting thirsty... this is going to be the "crew cab" style chassis you've been waiting for.

The EVO4 is priced at $3200 in bare form as shown below with no options and the standard front end.

Options for any chassis in this series include:

Front end of your choice (no additional charges).. Standard, CJ, FJ40

Front Fender option $150

Optional tube rear end $100

Bent 'Brow Bar' over windshield to add aggression to chassis $25

Sleeved Rocker's for extra strength $50

Additional bracing or tubework in chassis $20/foot

Subframe brackets for lower and upper control arm locations $300
(includes geometry for you to build axle ends)

Double shear upper control arm brackets $125

To compliment the chassis I also offer a
'Roller in a Box' to get you going faster and with less hastle.
Kits starting from $2025 includes:
Double shear brackets for front and rear uppers on frame
Basic truss for front and rear**
Lower and upper control arm brackets for both axles
2"x.250 lower control arm tubing
1.75"x.120 upper control arm tubing
1.25" lower heims / bungs / jams / spacers
7/8" upper heims / bungs / jams / spacers

**If you have different axles let me know what you have and I can price out a kit for you, I have options available for almost any axle and for DE steering.

Tim, is that #6 or #7 done at this point? Pretty sure I'm #8, so I guess I need to start looking at booking a flight soon.

I think that you and I were 5 & 6. I was under the impression that mine was the first EVO4. could be wrong. Either way, really excited for the EVO4 when it gets here.

I think your right, so that would make that one pictured #6, aka mine.

The two EVO4's are #5 to Shadowgamesxj and #6 (pictured) is to RedRanger4.0.

#7 is an EVO2 EX going to Tennessee and is going on the rack this week

#8 is an EVO2 EX going to Addicted Offroad

#9 is an EVO2 EX going to N8R

I'll be taking just one more chassis order at the promotional pricing... don't miss your opportunity to get a great chassis super cheap!
