TJ Tons racelines 42" stickies LS motor Atlas TH400 - streetable - $21K price drop

I have had this Jeep for 5 years, and have spent countless hours getting it set up so that it works right. People don't realize how many times you have to re-do links and shocks until you end up with something that works well. This 1997 Wrangler is titled, and can be driven on the street, although I would not commute in it considering it has AG spline drive shafts in it. I have over $55,000 in parts in it, not counting labor or replacement parts. Anyone that has seen this rig wheel knows that it is very capable, I have let beginners who have never driven off road before walk right up some of the most difficult trails in east TN. I have videos if necessary... It kills me to sell it, but I just have too many toys and want to focus on just two of them. Price is $21K, ready to go wheeling as it sits. When people hear this thing open up, they often say it sounds like a stock car, LOL. There is some rock rash on both sides of the tub, but it is still very presentable IMO. I get compliments on it every time I'm on the trail. Please note that there is no windshield frame on it currently, I squished mine against a tree and tossed it. Also, the LED round driving lights that go in the factory headlight holes have not been mounted yet. Located in Knoxville TN, can transport if necessary at additional cost. text me at 775-742-5666 IF THIS DOESN"T SELL FOR A REASONABLE PRICE I WILL PART IT OUT

Bump. I just fired this Jeep up after sitting in the cold for three weeks, fired right up. All 4 tires still have equal pressure - this rig is ready to go wheeling!

Hmm, may have to throw in the towel on my slooow going build and pick up something ready to run! Unfortunately, it could never be made street usable in my nanny state....

I'll keep considering though of trailering it around to the good spots......

Bump for you!

Guess he forgot to take it off this page, I picked this up and it's currently in TX with me. Once my LJ is finished you guys may see this one on here again at the end of the year. Depending on how motivated I get, it will come with another '97 tub/title or I may do the swap myself

This post should be moved from the "Vehicles for sale section" and reposted in the Hardcore Jeep section....reason I say that is I wouldn't want the updates to end....plus I just love the OP's video post!!
