Suspension is too stiff. Gotta respring it.
Broke a ball and claw, rcv shafts incoming.
Right tire rubs on control arm, gotta move the link tower.
Bump stops, new radio, and new speakers are all on the to do list.

Rcv shafts dont fit Rockwells!

Pics are coming.
I have moved the upperlinks about 4 inches inward. I hope this clears my tire rubbing issue at full lock.
Fixed a leak in the psc ram, bad o ring.. synthetic hydraulic fluid isnt cheap. Glad i got a commercial account for amsoil.
Im waiting for axle wobbly seals. They got lost in the mail..
Rcv shafts came in.. Rcv shafts dont fit Rockwells!! Rvc was no help. Nobody makes a seal retainer for the 2.5 ton rockwell rcv shafts. The boot doesn't allow splines to engage the diff and i cannot get the spindle to close on the knuckle.
I made my own square tube retainer. For 4k shafts, rcv can go suck a dick for not manufacturing a seal retainer. Should have gone with u joints.

Thanks! Im a little worried it is going to hit a tire during up travel.
I just got my dually back from the shop and i plan on making the steering stops give a little more for turning. .. as close to 45 degrees.as.possible. then ill check it out for bump stops.

It still turns sharper than my 06 Colorado

Been busy working on my 73 blazer too. Maybe ill start a thread once i get it wheeling. Winter is coming though, not likely this year
