Never mind, I think I got it. Beside the three options of non-bused, partial bused, and full bused. There are configurations that include all relays always have power, partial power, and wire switched power. Seem I have the one that the relays are always on. Funny how I never saw anything like this when researching front he sellers. This is why I always find write ups on flipping the relay upside down so that the bus on the relay side is used as a ground. Seems that not many people realize they have those other configurations as well.
Take a relay apart. Look at what's inside. The only ones that care which direction the pixies are flowing are ones with clamping diodes, or SSRs. I doubt you'll find a mini-relay with a diode in it rather than a resistor. SSRs are kinda expensive to waste on headlamps.

meaning, just put juice to pin 85 and ground the bussed pin

I'm an asshole because spoonfeeding like this isn't something I enjoy doing.

I just picked up one of these for my project.

Make sure to look at the wiring diagrams really closely.

thanks for the links but im after something like that as even those are still to tall for what im wanting to do. dont need to be waterproof as im putting all my electrical together in a weather prof box. just want something like one of these power juction boxes as they just make everything cleaner looking and not having relays and fuse everywhere

Did it include anything? Or is it just the enclosure?

It is filled with 10 amp fuses and relays. I didn't look at the rating of the relays. I can check it tonight.

The plugs and pins are separate.

Have you tried Waytek wire? I believe they carry the Littlefuse and the Bussman terminal blocks in this thread.
