Stop by anytime, I am always here, haha. Wife and kids are great thanks for asking. I have the itch to go wheeling. Just bought a 79 bronco also. Build with the boys to follow.

Edit: how has the d60 outta the olí ford I sold ya holding up?

Not a lot of progress over the holidays, but I did put the door on to see how it looks.

Bump for updates.
I have a 37 ford cab that I want to use for a similar build using my motor/axles currently in my crew cab. Curious to see how you fit inside with the motor pushed so far back. When I put my seats inside the 37 cab (to make vroom vroom noises) I had both seats touching the doors, no room for a console, etc. is there any foot room in yours?

Really like everything about this. Keep us updated!

People were a lot smaller back then on average. I can hardly fit in my friend Jason's '49 Chevy pickup. I'm 6' 1"

I don't know how anybody fits in those low chopped rat rods if they're over 5'8".

I'm a dainty 6'1", 265lb'er. Reason and logic tell me to stick with the crew cab, but everything else says to build the 37. This thread may determine what happens.

AllGoNoShow,
How do you plan to run exhaust? I figured old school lakester headers might allow for more foot room, maybe less heat cooking you inside the cab. Doesn't look like you have that option though.

Building my own headers, slim to none footroom, tight as hell inside and I am 5í9 175. Hope that answers all the questions.
