Hey guys, I just bought a 2001 TJ as my DD on 37 inch stickies and a bunch of other stuff. i drove it to work monday and broke one of my rear shafts in the parking lot. I heard the c clip is the weak spot so I decided to make an eliminator for it. Do think I fixed it or should I upgraded other items as well.
So let me get this right: You broke a stock shaft, replaced the shaft and then welded the the shafts to the spider gears. Yeah the C-clip issue is fixed but you have a whole bunch of other issues now....
Nice job, I'm going to go do this to my toyota axle
