I know this is a subject that has been beaten into the ground, I apologize in advance of my questions:homer:
I have '78 F250 dual piston calipers on Dana 44 front and a GM 11.5" AAM with disks out back.
What size brake lines are others running with a similar set-up? Is the Jeep YJ stuff (frame lines/prop valve) large enough for the rear? For the front I have nothing to go off of. I was hoping to find a complete assy offered by one of the resto companies like LMC but no dice.
What proportioning valve and master is recommended for the 4 wheel disks? I'm hoping to rig the hydroboost from a Freightliner MT35 to the Jeep pedal. I still have the master and prop valve from that truck but it was disk/drum.
I have searched until my eyes bled, but finding clear, concise, first hand info of a similar set-up has eluded me. Esp since not many have used the same rear axle in a ground up build.
