Thanks, it's been a LONG 2 years and the checkbook is going to appreciate a break.

Assembly is still happening every single day. Not much now in the way of interesting pictures.

Rear axle is in, the front had some issues. When putting the pinion nut on the yoke, it broke the yoke at the threads. Yukon gears too, covered under warranty but everything still had to be torn down and the new gears re-setup.

The air tank had a coat of paint put on and the rear axle slung into place. The harness is in and everything is setup to fire. Since the front axle isn't in yet, they waited to fire it until they can put some fluid in the steering system. The fuel system is primed and ready to hit the start button though. That should happen tonight.

Got the shocks back from the dyno. To make a long story short, my tuner buddy asked if Brads brand new FOA shocks were used... A quick call to FOA and parts were sent directly to NC for 2 of the new shocks to be rebuilt.. Not super excited about that, but in the end everything worked.
Turned out getting them dyno'ed and tuned was a really good idea since 2 were junk out of the box.

Here's the numbers for each shock.

A triple rate kit and new Eibach springs show up Wednesday. The skins and hood are being painted tomorrow.

Shakedown and motor tuning are Saturday.

It went for it's first ride tonight in 2.5 years! Sounds like there's 4 injectors that aren't working, it falls on it's face a bit when the throttle is stabbed under load. Pulled the wires off 4 injectors with no change in idle.

Spent saturday at a guys place that does LS tunes in New Richmond, WI. There were a few guys from the Hate Offroad crew over there tuning their bouncers. This guys knows what he's doing. This 6.0L was silly after a couple tune tweaks, especially after coming off a worn out tbi 305.

Just got back from a shakedown run in Harlan. It worked really well. We're still waiting on most of the pics and videos but the only issue we had was with the hood on and the side panels the motor was getting hot. Once we pulled the hood and the back panels, it ran at 205-210 the rest of the trip.

Here's waterfall entrance to Railbed.

Thanks man, between MNTal and myself, we've got some time into making sure it was right and not just put it where it fits. It's really stable and predictable.

I would say I'm very happy with the suspension, hell the overall Rig as a whole, the thing performs awesome and rides like its on a cloud of titties.

JRI did a fantastic job with the shocks, GOOSE knows his shit... I'm very happy with the predictability of this thing out fo the box, goose thinks there is more in it, I believe him, overall its the best Rig I've had a part in, yet.
