What's This Housing

Saw this while looking around and didn't know what kind of axle it was. It looks stout. Anyone?

I was under the impression that Dodge did not use AAM axles until this model year?

Yep, its out of a 2003 HD pickup, can't remember all of the specs but it shoudl have a lot of potetial, if it ever gets any aftermarket support. It's high pinion and uses some beefy parts, but it's no Rockwell, he he he.
