An easy solution can be if you put the Hot side on the bottom of one side and the out/cool side to diagonally on the top fitting. My coolers are the same. No plate but has 4 fittings.

I will move the lines this weekend. I also took the radiator to CBR on Friday and they are going to cut off one of the end tanks and add a heat exchanger and also add an -16 an fitting for the upper coolant hose and a -20 an fitting for the bottom coolant hose and -10 an fittings for the oil lines.

What is the stall of your torque conveter? A high stall will be harder to keep cool but better power off the line. Also does it have a lockup? If you continue to have heat problems this is something to play with.

Had CBR remove one of the end tanks on the radiator and add a heat exchanger with AN fittings and also add a -16 an fitting for the the top coolant hose and a -20 an for the bottom hose. I couldn't get the original hoses to stop leaking. Also bought a new water pump and installed a upper hose an fitting, -20 an thermostat housing and added a restricter plate . Also picked up a few misc items at Kar-Tech. Also had to get another set of plug wires.

Also moved the lines on the remote coolers to there correct location. It was plumbed so both lines in/out where on the same side. Moved it so it goes in on the bottom on 1 side and out the top on the other side. That should be good for about a 15 degree drop in temp.

Got the pully today to replace the A/C. Working on the coolant plumbing, rearranging the wiring in the cab, moving the intake to under the dash, moving the VHF radio and intercom, have to replumb the tranny lines, new hood pins, spare lug nut carrier, lap belt quick connects and some new plug wires.

After 11 days at KOH I don't think it will hold up so I removed it so I can sell it before it gets to fucked up. Now I have the room so I moved the air filter to under the dash. Should have it up and running in the next week or 2.

I got it all back together and running last weekend. The only problem is it's back firing. Runs good at idle but back fires after a couple of minutes of driving. So I have to check fuel pressure while driving, coils, plug wires, plugs, plug gap, header temp ( all tubes should be with in 50dg of each other). I have been working 6 days a week so haven't had time for the Jeep. Now I'm mostly working 4 12s.

Anymore discovery of the use of sharkhide over mavcoat? Looking for best protection of bare chassis for my new project.

Love this build btw

Matt

They had the rig at Offroad Expo in Pomona last weekend. Looked awesome. They have more plans for plug-in onboard air and to shift weight back for KOH 2017. I know they have been wheel'in it.

You couldn't walk past it without seeing something you wanted to do to yours.

It's coming along. Finally got the rear shock springs swapped out. Need to go shock tune soon. I am also moving the engine and trans coolers to the roof right above the spare tire.
