King pin 60 knucle weight

anyone have a close guess on what a pair of inner/outer knuckles would weigh off a king pin 60? or a empty housing with outer knuckles

I can't remember the thread title but, I think when all the new knuckles on the market were being discussed, Scott from Rockstomper listed this. I haven't been able to find the thread yet. Maybe he will see this later and list it again.

The inner yokes with a few inches of tube attached weigh in at about 40 pounds...that's all I can help you with.

Since I've got some extra parts to throw on the scale...

Inner with bottom bearing race and sheetmetal dust cap, no kingpin, no tube, no anything else: 12.25 pounds.
This is a standard, stock kingpin 60 inner, not a "snowplow" inner, not a 70 inner, etc.

Dodge outer with steering stop bolt and grunge, otherwise stripped bare: 17 pounds.

Chevy outer with steering stop bolt and grunge, otherwise stripped bare: 16.5 pounds.

Chevy outer with steering stop bolt and grunge, steering arm sawed off just forward of where ribs joint: 16 pounds.

Dedenbear outer, bare: 21.75 pounds.

Guessing where you're going with this--machined Chevy flat-top 44 with spindle studs, no balljoints: 10.25 pounds.

Anybody know what balljoint 60 stuff weighs?

what I am doing is this I found a chevy 60 housing with outer knuckles in ohio. I want to save money on shipping> And since I would have to retube it any ways. I am thinking on having the guy cut the ends off and send only them then I would use a 9 inch centersection. He told me just the ends would be about 100$ shipping versus 250
