Went ahead and ordered Reid knuckles, nitro 300m Excalibur u joints and picked up a set of Artec arms and hardware from another pbb member. I figured I'd keep the double shear arms I have now with the stock knuckles and sell that all as a package and that way the Reid's match the new arms perfectly. Pretty much about done with buying parts at this point which is nice.

Getting all the speakers dialed in. Sub is loud but it's a little big. Tucks in though and it will work. Started getting the knuckles and stuff mocked up.

Belly and boat sides underway. Belly is fully welded since I have to do everything thing from the top. I'll pop some holes for tranny drain and what not. Boatsides are removable. Went with 3/16 belly and saved about 30lbs and 1/8 boat sides. Used a 1/4" piece of aluminum for the engine skid which should never be hit or used anyway. Need to reinforce that still.

Talked to wilwood and they have never seen anything like that. I use DOT3 brake fluid and everything is setup as it should be. I emailed them the pictures and said maybe it was heat related and just suggested protecting the MC with heat wrap. They are 2 day shipping new gaskets and lids today at no charge. Great company who stands by their product

Nice build and cool thread.

I was one of the vets in the Wheeler's For The Wounded group at Sierra Trek. I saw the buggy and thought I recognized it, but wasn't sure. I was in that LJ that was directly in front of you while we all stacked up above WH5 on the way down. My brother and I were asking you about your cooler setup there when we were waiting.

My name's Dave. I'll say hey next time I see you out there.

Right on good to meet you guys. It was a lot of work at Trek but it was a good time.

My master cylinders were puking out fluid at the resi caps again so I am going to get new gaskets and caps again and bleed everything and hope it works, if not I am ripping the entire brake system out and shit canning it.
