I will have to check on the spring rate.

The bushings are great. Quiet smooth no wear. They are a top hat style so they hold the arm captive. No issues there. I have taken it off road a few times plus beating on it in my back yard.

The only issues i have had so far are:
1. Blowing the chinese planetary in the tranny.
2. Front output seal on the np231 will not stop weaping dispite new yoke and new seal.
3. Bad allignment which i fixed.
4. Ebrake cable pulled the casing out.
5. Rear tires contact the wheel well at full flex.

I feel you. I am guilty of not contributing. I reread my own build threads tonight and been surfing. I can honestly say I haven't been reading as much like I use to. Too distracted with other time wasting crap with better metrics to suck me into.

I'm thinking I'll start putting stuff up again.

Those look amazing. If I wasn't dead set on steel versus nylon I'd ask for the rough dimensions.

thanks. i dont want to nit pick...but dont use nylon rope. you want what ever Amsteel is, i think its uhmwpe.

I got a chance to work on the front mounts.

I made 2 of these on a drill press an used a modified 3/8" drill bit to made the counter bore with a flat bottom.

the cap screw head sticks up the material thickness of the console skins.

welded to the back side

from the top

nice and flush

i made some plates with captive nuts welded to the bottom of the tranny tunnel to bolt to.

i also cleaned up the fitment between the factory console and the new one.

I'll keep that in mind. Goes to show how little I've looked into using it

Console looks like it belongs. Great fitment.

What're the plans for color? Polishing it Wrap or paint?

Thanks. I plan on powdercoating it. I want to try to match the factory colour, if not then it will likely go black.
