Pre 96 E-350 D60 really that weird?

Ok built my spider 9 rear axle with an early 90s E-350 van D60 rear as donor for hub assemblies. Worked well until I bought some H2 rims that were machined to fit on D60s, they do not fit on mine.

Today I ordered some race line beadlocks with the largest bore they had at 5.125, which I believe is still too small as the H2s are already bored to that and the best measurement I could get on my hub seemed to be 5.25x.

So is the E-350 rear really that weird? I'm planning on just turning down the hubs are there some quality aftermarket hubs I can buy to just replace them?

I had to do the same on my '99 E350 rear D60. There seems to be an extra shoulder on the hub for some reason.

I just grinded mine down with a flap wheel. Been working fine.
