bit hack job but:laughing::laughing:

took old hole saw and grinded the teeth out and sharpened edge from inside.
cuts lugs from boggers pretty easy.

looks like a solid way to do it. i like the depth you are able to cut with the hole saw. i would worry about it easily getting away from me if it had a longer cutting head aka more leverage. to avoid having to stop and fiddle with the lug chucks how about using a cut-off wheel to pre-split the lugs to be removed so you can use the hole saw to cut the lugs basically non stop other than shaking out the freshly removed lug chunks. keep up the great tool builds

This is a great idea Imo. Like said above, the longer hole saw might get away from you. But instead of cutting vertically into the lugs with a cut off wheel, couldn't you just cut vertically into the lugs with the hole saw? Then the length of lug you cut horizontally would fit into the hole saw.
