Exclamation Crawlpedia | Complete List of Front and Rear Dana 60 BOM Numbers

I just wanted to let you guys know that we just posted a complete list of Dana 60 BOM numbers on Crawlpedia:

Link: Crawlpedia Complete Dana 60 BOM List

I know that this has been covered numerous times and some of them are listed in the Dana 60 Bible, but as far as we can tell this should be the most complete and comprehensive list to date.

As always, if anyone has any suggestions about improving it, please let me know.

Cheers!

'04+ "Super 60's" found in Ford Super Duty's have a larger 10" ring gear.

Are 2003791-1 and 2003791-2 also supposed to be listed as Super 60's instead of 60HD?

248mm are the standard 9.75" D60 gears.

The 256mm gears listed for most Super 60 front axles are 10" gears.

Some D60HD (Non-Super) axles used those gears as well, and those that didn't have superseding part numbers listing the 10" gears as the new part number and that's what we used.

Unfortunately not that we could find in Dana's library. I'm sure that data is out there somewhere.

We also can't find the data for the last few years either.

If someone has that, I'd love to add it.

That part is really confusing...

Not all Super Duty trucks, including some as late as 2011, have Super 60 front axles. Some have Dana 60HD (non-super) axles with 30 spline stub shafts instead of the Super 60 35 spline stubs but most are still listed as using 10" gears.

I've got one of those axles with 35 spline stub shafts, which seems to be the norm from what others have said - I'm not sure they used any 33 spline stubs

So I did some more digging and it appears the source I used for Super 60 stub shafts was wrong (and I should have caught that), so I updated them all to 35 spline. The D60HD and Dodge 60s should still be correct after I double checked them.

I was not able to verify these as 35 spline, but if anyone can verify that for me that would be great:

2006007-1 & 2
2006729-1 & 2
2006821-1 & 2
2013565-1 & 2
