More progress today...

Front end together, under hood done, header wiring complete, all lights good to go, one bedside completely tabbed and installed.

Pic heavy.

This is such a sweet build I feel bad for even thinking this but I'm not sure on the lines of the front bumper. I think the uprights should lean inwards at the top (when viewed from the front) to match the lines of the A pillars when viewed from the same angle.
Are you going to race it? It certainly looks that professional.

It's disposable, and been an area I'll revisit later.

Thanks!

Boy that tailgate doesn't really look patina. Will you have rearveiw mirrors? Assuming yes, will they be stock on the sides?

Yes, barring no catastrophe between now and then. Just to enjoy, wheel, probably some pre run with a local team, and spectate this year, be my first time there.

Looks more so in sunlight.

Yes, stock side mirrors for now, and rear view.

The 39's are sticky, won't street drive those.

And if I race some time, 4800 class must use 37 dot tire.

Simply beautiful. The genius of your design and packaging doesn’t become fully evident until it’s all assembled. Everything looks like it belongs. Hats off Sir, this has been an incredible build to follow. I’ll be attempting to steal some ideas from this but I’m not sure I’ll have the abilities

The 37's look cool because of the "side biter" tread. They also give the illusion of more wheel travel than the 39's. But since that's only a illusion, and the 39's clear, bigger is better. Imho

Agree.

In case nobody has mentioned it, I appreciate you taking the time to document this build if nothing else, I can show my wife "see, these things can look good!" even if mine doesn't come out this way
