NP231 to Dana 300

Does anybody currently make a dual case adaptor? My searches have turned up only companies who are no longer making them

I think most people would use one of Kyles black boxes than go the route you are talking .

I was looking for the same info the other day. Lots of turnover in that niche.

It looks like Frogfab is still making a kit. No experience with them.

I have the, or one of the last ones NWFab sent out for the 300, why they stopped making them for them i don't know. Your best bet now is to go with a doubler box to the 300, unless you can talk to them and see if they might do something for you.

Not too bad of a kit, looks allot like the old box for rocks kit. Duffy seem's to have dropped off the face of the earth though.

If it was me, I would go with the NWF unit. The machining on their stuff is top notch. You knock the ring gear out of the 231 and press it in, you don't have to worry about the weld job on the aluminum and the work it takes to modify it. I am not sure what the length difference is for their eco box with the needed adapter for the D300 compared to the 231 is though.

J.B. Custom fab makes a cable shift kit that bolts right on it for a pretty good price too.

I had a dd machine adapter and it was a nice piece. He makes a replacement case for the 231 gears that makes it all bolt together seamlessly now. My best friend has the replace a case adapter and it's very nice.
