Did you happen to get your doubler yet? I'm curious to the overall length compared to a stock tracker case

No sir, I sent it on April 4th and am still waiting. Haven’t heard from him in several weeks.

Tinkered for a few more hours, sitting at 15 total now.

Keith take a bit longer than some, but it'll be done right. I've been abusing the spud shaft he made me, and it's holding up great.

It was worth the wait. And having a 4 speed case is the shit.

This thing sounds sweet. Anxious to see how the steering turns out.

Sleepsontoilet do you happen to know how much the JHF chassis weighs with the subframe and link mounts on it?

I'd be curious to know what one of these weighs.

Appreciate it Mike. I can tell you that subframe/skid weighed more than I thought it would. I was expecting to just set it on top, haha :homer:

It's horrible here. This chassis sat out all week at KOH and still zero rust. :D

And it looks like the Zuk hood is going to fit the chassis ok.

Great to see this build here. Sub'd for future reference.

sleepsontoilet 07-17-2018 01:48 PM

Went with the advice of Jesse Haines and cut the spacers down to 1/8” inside the C, so I could get a root pass and attach the C to the tube. Originally the way I had it would have welded the spacer to the tube, then the C would only be welded to the 1/8” spacer. Now I just have to do the same thing for the rear.
