We are now working on trying to find a new fuel cell and ignition. This project is coming close to being done.
Here is the list left to do.
1)Mount shifter
2)cut and shorten pedals
3)run new throttle cable
4)find new fuel cell
5)get new flexable rad hose
6)finish custom back pannels
7)run air line
8)mount air tank and compressor
9)run all the electrical
10)mount center console

I'm sure I'm missing a few things but that's the brunt of it

Who would like to see the center console? now that it is all done and ready to be put back in the buggy.

I also happen to have bought a new drink container for camping and cold weather....

ok so this is it not mounted in the buggy. Its now the home for all the air suspension switches and all the gauges. yes there is a random hole but that is for the twin sticks to go through.

the square spot is for storage but it also happens to hold my flask very nice

today I had to go get new braided brake lines and new rad hose. we also test fitted the center console to see how its all gonna look and fit.. it will be all mounted and bolted in tomorrow.

Well the new fuel cell is being made and will hopefully be done tomorrow. Today I started running air lines and electrical. My buddy is working on the last bit of metal fab. This should be mostly wrapped up way next week and then time for paint when the weather warms up.

How thick is the back of the diff? It looks like a good truss on a 9", but if you back that in to a rock. Are my eyes playing tricks?

Well its been a long time since I have posted but things are moving along once again. The other day I went to start working on the buggy again after letting it sit for a few months. Turned the key and the engine is fully done. Lots of loud grinding coming from one cylinder and silver oil.

So this left me pissed off as I haven't even really driven it other than taking it on and off my trailer. After talking to spidr and getting some specs on it I made a few calls and bought a new engine. Bye bye 4.3 and hello 5.3LS. with the turbo set up I'm looking at the buggy will have around 600hp when its all said and done.

That said I am also having brake issues that I will need to fix right away as well. This thing is gonna need to be able to stop just as good as it can go.

So now its all stripped down to nothing and getting painted and prepped for it new engine and wiring.

Iron block with aluminum heads. This should give me a lot more power than the old and tired 4.3
