The outer is already back in the front end. They have been in there since changing to 60's,going on about a year now. For the price, damn strong. That wasn't with full cicle clips also. I ground them so they are know. Their are some more pics on my friends camera, I'll post with everything laying next to one another.

I made one exactly like that this weekend. My tire was pinched while climbing a rock face and the inner blew out. I was using the stock ford 30-spline outers, new dana 806x joints, and stock ford inner from a 2000 super duty on a TJ on 39.5 Iroks.

If I can get one of those here by the weekend, then I'm going chinkmo. It works in my budget better. If not, then I'm going Moser since for my custom long side, I was able to order on Monday and have it installed on Thursday night.

Pulled my rear shafts to change arb o-rings, rear drivers side 35 spline dutchman shaft is starting to candycane. Irocs put the traction down.

I have yukon inners and outers 35 slines . They have taken some serious abuse. Definitly a good investment for the price. The 300m axels are so much compared to yukons price.

Really though I am impressed with my yukons. I have beat them as hard as I can and I tore down my front end last month and they were still in super shape. I even had some problems with my steering causing my ears on my yokes to contact. It didnt screw up the shafts one bit the CTM's were a bitch to get out because the yokes were still so tight in there. I do have to return my CTM's for new caps because contacting the yokes messed them up.

This thread is crazy I can't believe the inner ears broke off before the 30 spline stub. I heard the Iroks are heavy as hell.
