That rig looks really sick and i like the previews of your flicks too....how about some specs of the rig, if they are not trade secrets....how does the adjustable wb work for driveline and suspension issues??

thanks

WOW, talk about a shot to the groin if a cable/rope were to let go.

I saw that thing at the CalRocs beatty event and I thought it was pretty bitchin, but didn't get to see it run much. It looked like all of the rear links were mounted to a subframe that was mounted on tracks. A hydro ram would slide the subframe forward and back. Pretty damn cool if you ask me.

I was wondering how the driveshaft was built in the rear to allow for the changing wheelbase.

Next thing we will see, is ATV motors/trans.... Since they are getting bigger, and buggies are getting smaller.

specs:
2.5L subaru engine / soon to have a small turbo installed
3 gallon cell
Gm 3 spd tranny
Dana 300 twinstick 4:1
currie N 9 inch with 5:13 and ARB's
Currie axels W/ terra C's knuckles and hubs 5on 5.5
Front axels driver 19" passengers 23"
Rear axels Driver 19" Passenger 40"
Rock Crusher slugs
full hydro steering
Ford rotors W/ chevy calipers
Fox 16" air shocks
eagle beadlock wheels 17x9
BFG 39.5 krawlers
Beard seat
5 point harness
10" adjustable wheel base
1.5 .120 wall DOM chassis
4 link front 3 linnk rear
Yamaha phaser hood
100" wheelbase to 110"

I watched winch rope brake under load and it looses its energy and drops to the ground, great product.

We designed the ride heigth to remain the same no matter what the wheel base is.

We doubled walled the lower links so they wont bend when dropping off ledges.

Were looking at installing a small tubo like the carnage crew has so it will spool up fast and increase the hp to 280

We couldnt have built the rig with out the help of our sponsors.

Precision Heavy haul of Phoenix AZ. Their the folks that move the 200 ton transformers for the power companys, along with yellow iron. I belive they moved one from southern California to AZ this summer.

Jimmys 4x4 in Cortez. They suplied us with many of the parts.

BFG for the tires

We do need to get some stronger drive lines built. Thats what put us out at Beaty. We blew a yok into 5 pieces and it was the only part we didnt have.

Not to beat this to death, but having the winch rope passing between your ankles with no cover over it actually passes competition tech?

Got some pictures of the sliding part of the suspension?
