come-a-long and jacks are the right way to straighten a frame... or is that the cheap way?

Actually, it looks like a 1972-1975 CJ5. It has the later front crossmember used with Saginaw steering (1972 and later) and and it looks like the frame rails are a constant distance apart, front to back (1975 and older).
