All walks of life Dyno Video - BIG

AJ Condon from the MD Creepers organized today's dyno day. In order of runs - @ the wheels:
1) My 4Runner w/ new 22RE - 88HP/116 lb-ft
2) '02 6.0 PowerStroke - stock @ 325 HP/354 lb/ft
3) '02 CTD - 267 HP/595 Lb/ft
4) Neon RT - 245HP/?? lb-ft
5) 7.3L PStroke -
6) Festiva - 51HP w/ some encourgement.
7) AJ's CTD - 250HP/and 456 lb/ft
8) AJ's Dad's 1/3 scale racer running a 4 cyl bike motor: 100HP/76 lb-ft. Red line @ 10.5k rpm!! This thing was awesome.
This sucker is big @ 17mgs

That's fine as long as you can host it. It's sitting on the owner's site right now and I'm not sure about his bandwidth and acess allowment.

Took like 4 seconds to download!!!
I know nothing about dyno's. Why do people seem to sit there, then pin it, then let off? Are they running in top gear (once they get there) and then pin it momentarily to get a reading?

The the way tech instructed us was to get up to speed in 3rd and floor it. Let off @ redline. The '02 CTD I think ran in 4th since he was running a manual. The other bigger trucks all ran slush boxes and turned their overdrive off.

I'm surprised that the tech let some of those trucks on. Most of the places I've tried to go to, wouldn't let me run because of the mud terrains.
