Need Ohms reading for newer TJ fuel sender

We're building a fuel cell for the Unlimited Hemi project and will not use the factory pump and sending unit. I pulled the original sending unit out of the tank from this 04 unlimited TJ and found it would not give us a consistant reading. It was literally jumping all over the place and even after two seperate meters, we found we couldn't get anything near accurate.

Does anyone know the actual ohms reading for newer TJ's/Unlimiteds?

Note: For Diag. puposes, this 12v power source can only be varified with the circuit opened (fuel pump module electrical conector un-plugged) with the connectors plugged. Maybe why you have some weirdness.

Wierd, I just started fooling around with mine because I want to put an Autometer gauge in and my empty reading was 120.
