How to ID my holley carb

ok so im trying to find out what size/ model holley i have on my 79 right now as its got some leaks...... so im looking to get a gasket kit for it but i just have no clue what it is.... it has a manual choke, 4bbl square bore...... are there any ways to use some #s off of the top of it???? thanks for any help.....

the numbers on the top of it will tell you at the parts house what kit you need. just write em down and go there, they will cross refrence it in the book.

The numbers are on the front side of the choke horn.

thanks, ran the #s in the holley website...... things look good.... it was a 600 cfm 4160 w/manual choke, so it will be perfect to put onto my other truck which is still bone stock......
