Yes, I have searched high and low for this before asking.
What the hell size is that allen head?
I have Std. and Metric none of them fit well.

Yeah, no kidding! Goofy damn size. I ended up using one of those star style bits since it fit better than any of my allen wrenches.

Both are correct depending on the hub.

One ton hub (11690 and 38826) = 9/64

half ton (9790 and 20990) = 7/64

external = 5/32

I ASSumed you had a 1/2 ton front with 32 inch tires, I guess you should have given more info...

Thanks for clearing that up TDW.

Do you work at a shop, work for warn, or have no life and memorize warn part numbers?

It's actually an axle I just bought for my SAS. According to what I've found so far is that it came out of a K10 Blazer mid 70's.....

Guess I got lucky??????

Should be a 44 front out of a 70's K10, but with 9/64 head size, maybe a 60?

Factory or aftermarket lock outs?

Aftremarket.
I am positive it's not a 60.
It only has the 6 on 5.5 pattern, 3" tubes, and flat top knuckles.

I have old internal warn hubs with 3 different sizes of allens... there have been a bunch of changes thru the years. Most have been ?/64 so I would use your allens and find the closest one and then head to the stoor to match it up.
