3 link versus 4 link

Has anyone ran spherical bearing cup on the top of the axle instead of a heim

joint for a 3 link? Kinda like a control arm on an IFS, I think it would handle side

loads better than a single heim joint. And no trackbar .I see a lot race truck use them for control

arms so......

P.S. I was think of using it only on the rear

Cheaper, lighter, and stronger then using a rod end. There is no downside as long as you don't warp the cup when you weld it.
