quick disconnect steering wheel for stock tj setup

anyone know of an aftermarket setup for quick disconnect steering wheel replacement on my crawler with a stock sterring wheel assembly- did a search and it looks as if no adaptor kit exist and "some" fab work is required- any input appreciated, thanks

Don't think this is gen4x4 material, but that should get you sent in the right direction. Grant 3001 and 3021 should bolt right on. The only reason Grant's website doesn't call em out is because a) they're not street legal, and b) its not legal for them to recommend products that eliminate your airbag. YJ kits work on TJ's, it just doesn't say so for that reason. It appears that they also bolt onto ZJ's...i'm relatively certain that most of the 80s and 90s jeeps used just a standard 36 spline GM shaft.

i ordered a 3021 for my CJ going on the fact that the 3021 and 3001 work on a YJ, and grant calls out the same basic wheel install kit for both the CJ and YJ.

good luck getting it figured out.
