M715 on jackstands. HELP

Having trouble finding a really simple part and watch how this $2 part can turn into a $1000 part list.

I was putting manual hubs on my Kaiser Jeep M715. No problem. Decided to look at the bearings and grease them for the first time.

Drivers side had not tang on the lock washer. That is what I need. A simple lock washer.

After checking all the locals, Napa siad they had it but had to order. Did it. Part came. It is tiny,,,, Won't fit the 715.

This is where it gets dicey.

First, anybody know where to get one of these?

Second, I'd rather have disk brakes. I read somewhere that Ford F350 hubs fit. If so, that would give me a more usable bolt pattern. Any ideas.

Third, by the time I am done fixing this little washer, I might as well replace the axles. Anybody have some spare CUCV axles? I have a CUCV but not for parts.

Just need a washer.....

THanks,
Mike

Just weld a tab onto the washer, tighten spindle nuts, bend up new tab.
