Off a 10 lug....but they are the same, sorry the text is small.....but the pattern is a square 4.593" or 116.6mm and 1.81" or 46mm from mounting surface to wheel mount.

I just measured an 06 F250 spindle, unit bearing is 4 on 6.5"(center to center diameter), bolt hole size is .595", and the bore size is 5.525".

Yes, works the same. The factory lockouts seem to hold up fairly well for trail rigs.

Is there a difference in unit bearings where there is a difference in the back side?

The axles I got seat into the back of the UB, but the KPI is not through the middle of the ujoint. Its pushing the axle into the inside wall of the tube when turning. I am wondering if there is one that would give more room to center up the ujoint.

Has anyone ever added a spacer between the UB and knuckle? Would it be advisable?

I had some laser cut out of 16 ga SS for the 99-04 unit bearing. I have yet to actually use them though. The only issue I see it causing is the relationship between the caliper and rotor, but I have the currie 5 lug brake kit which utilizes spacers and all I have to do to maintain that relationship is space the caliper out the same distance as you shim between the unit bearing and knuckle

What axles do you have? Have you asked the axle manufacturer?

The Super 60 stub shaft is longer than the normal 05+. The unit bearing geometry is the same on both though, the difference is in the knuckle.

05+ standard 60 stubs should be 7" long from center line of joint to end of shaft.

Looks like you have some expensive paperweights...

I built my own caliper mounts. I've already looked into rebuilding them to keep them lined up on the rotor

Thanks for the measurement. Not your normal stub shaft since it splines directly into the unit bearing. And they will not be my paperweights....

No.

The splined section into the bearing journal is the same because of the unit bearing, but they are longer from the bearing journal to the joint.

If you have a normal axle you need the 15+ 250/350 1550 shafts part numbers that are all over this thread.

so maybe jermashals stub shaft doesnt fit because CTM made it for a f450/550 knuckle/UB?

First ones are the shims I got in it to get it to be able to rotate the shaft by hand at full crank. It still just barely touches.

And the others are the measurements of the outer stub. Definitely longer than 7", anyone know where there is info that backs that up? Wanting some proof for the upcoming convention.
