You are correct, 92-96 f-series are digital and go to 399,999 then roll over back to 300,000 again. 87-91 f-series are 5 digit plus a tenth, analog. 89-92 rangers and explorers are also 5 digit plus a tenth, analog. Can't speak for anything else.

Derail over, continue on.

wonder how stiff that front suspension is, jumping up on and down on the front of a old k5 blazer with a 6 inch lift that thing would barely move a inch and it had half as many leafs

Have you ever done holeshot drags against a 3 wheeler on a quad?

Because quads are for pussies? I don't understand it either. Not into hacking up a nice quad when I could hack up a rare vintage 3 wheeler.

Yup, never lost to a three wheeler yet. I've also beat motorcycles off the line too, but only for the first 50 feet. They catch up pretty quickly lol, then smoke right by.

We have some old skoolers around here that swear by their trikes. All they do is go fast, straight, and eat up quads all day long.

They made me respect the trike, since I used to laugh.

I've owned 6 three wheelers, thought I'd never get a quad, until I rode one and realized you can retain your speed through the corners lol! Turning left and right without fear of being crippled for life is a hell of a lot more fun. I'll never throw my leg over another Trike again. Just like Mr stubbs said, straight and fast, pretty much out of control in trails....some guys dig that shit.

I like them for the cool factor. I have no idea what factors lead to them actually existing in the first place. Who tf thought 3 wheels would be better than 4?
