Fj family cage and tubework build

So after installing tons, and an atlas 2, it was time to break out the tube bender and let it rip...

The cage has a great look with the pillar layed back a bit. Looks like it is narrow too.

before welding in the steps....... I ran the dimples facing up for extra grip in the snow, would also help with mud or just wet conditions.

Yeah i turned them upside down to see how it looked.. I like it down a lot better.. I guess i will just run some grip tape on them for traction.. Thanks THough..

I like the main lines of the cage but never really understood why people flood the top with so much "spiderweb". Is there a functional reason i am missing? Not trying to criticize your build at all, just more curious than anything!

Unlike road cars, the places we roll over are scattered with medium sized rocks that would do a number on your head if they made their way inside the cage
