Coil spring mounts - who sells them?

I know, the answer is a lot of people sell coil spring mounts.
I was just hoping someone has all their searches saved for them, so I don't have to spend a day looking.
I just want to replace the mounts I made for my rig about 8 years ago to something that actually looks nice.

I recently used the Ballistic brackets which are pretty high quality at a good price. I thought the adjustability they offered would be nice but ended up having to cut that portion off.

Cool! I think that is what I am looking for.
Do you have the diameter of the bottom plate? I use EB (like) coils, that are 5 or 5.5 inches wide.
