Anniversary dinner turned to crap. Fucking KETO diet ok changed the restaurant. Fine. Dessert is pretty much out of the question. She says something like “You know what I like so I will go and you can get what you want blah blah blah ”

No thanks. I don’t need the pitty. Drove us home because I was pissednoff and she doesn’t understand why
And no she didn’t plan anything for our anniversary...as always. Next year I’m not planning shit.

Oh and fuck my job too. Being one of 2 Fitter/welders sucks(have other welders but just 2 fitters) The other guy wasnít here yesterday or today so I was laying out, cutting, grinding my ass off the last 2 days on a fucking Coker line for the refinery by myself and they want it done by Wednesday and we still need to replace 2 other sections. Regretting coming back to this shop in January.

The passenger went back to China where she passed from what I was told. Since she left the country not much info was available.

I'm still out of work and can't get my dominant hand or foot to function properly. They still hurt profusely to this day. My attorney is now handling everything, so hopefully have some resolution by end of the year.

I thank you for asking

Finally shelled out the money for a whole house generator. Bought a 16k generac. We get a lot of water into the sump pumps, its been like non stop the past 6 months nothing but snow and rain. Ive always had pull starts but anytime Iím at work and not home to start it it always makes me nervous so its a good piece of mind.

But Iím guessing now that i bought it we will never lose power. Ive lived here like 7 years and weíve lost power probably 7 times. 4 were squirrels going into the transformer and blowing up. 1 time a tree rubbed the line going the house and it snapped, lost one leg before as something came loose on the pole. Pretty much the only time we lost it for a long time was someone crashed into a pole on the main road so had about 15 hours without power.

Pretty much all of those were nice weather so wasnít that big of a deal. Ran the pull start for like 2 hours during that 15 hour outage just to keep the fridge going. But after the insane cold weather we had started thinking if we lose power when its negative 20 out with no heat that could cause a problem.

We are a Generac dealer/installer. Those 16kw's are good units, we sell a lot of them.

Congrats on buying a tcase that costs more to upgrade than an Atlas is retail, and still won't be as strong.

I figured it doesnt hurt to go bigger, but just curious can you get by with like a 8k for a whole house? My neighbor has one and says it runs the a/c fridge, sump pumps and pretty much any other normal stuff in the house.

Had like 5 quotes and everyone of them said the 8k is too small for a house. So no idea if they were just trying to upsell or thatís the truth. For the little bit of price difference i just went with the 16.

I have no clue of our square footage, its just your average split level house. Kinda figured once power goes out we arenít going to use the electric stove and keep lights to a minimum anyways

Not everything warrants an atlas. But I have a couple of those along with 205s and worthless chain cases too.

Went wheeling over the weekend and fun was had. My brother put together a little video. My Dad even came in his little red YJ I built for him. I have the tan/orange YJ buggy.

I suck at the embed...

An 8k is too small to run everything. Unless you only want to run the basic needs, the smallest I'd go with is 11k. The 16k is only about $600 more than the 11k, and is the perfect size for most houses. The 16 and 22k are our biggest sellers. Most people want to be able to have everything switch over and not worry about it.

Can't speak for anyone else, but I was too busy standing there like thinking "holy shit that was crazy!" over and over again in my head when my son was born.

We didn't want to know the sex until birth and until my wife was like "WELL?!?! BOY OR GIRL??" I completely forgot that part even mattered anymore.
