How can it be a wheelie if it has no wheels?

Looking forward to riding this winter.

I had an MX-Z 670. Great sled. Since we're in the useless stuff thread...

I bought it off a guy down in Mass with 2200 miles on it. Rode it hard. Sank it once skimming, had it running and skimming again before I was dry. Weekend after that I saw 110 on the speedo on lake ice. (That night my sister asked if she saw my sled on the news, but that is another story).

Lost the crank at a little over 4k on the clock. Sold it to a buddy also down in Mass, and met at a party to deliver it. First guy to walk by my truck says, "Hey, that's Nate's sled." Can't be, I thought. Next person by, "Hey, Nate's sled." Well I'd never ridden with Nate, but I knew he did 1500-1800 miles up in Gaspe every season.

Finally Nate shows up. "Hey, my sled." After a couple questions, sure as shit, it's his sled. I ask how many miles when he sold it. "9500 before I rolled back the odometer" he says.

Long story short, good sled.

I was a salesman, so I naturally hate salesman as I've heard it all.

trying to buy another 30ft lowboy. I was quoted $7804.25 OTD, so I counter and receive this:

Quote:
I CANT DO 7500 OUT THE DOOR. IVE ALREADY REDUCED THE PRICE ON THE TRAILER AND IF I WENT 7500 OUT THE DOOR I WOULD BE LOSING MONEY ON THE DEAL.
If you're losing money over $300, why are you selling trailers? Its last years model and costing you more every day to sit on it.

This one says 3200 but it was almost free so no worries there.

MXZ or a summit? I had a 98 670 SummitX, 144" finger track and twin pipes, great sled. Have a 740 bigbore kit somewhere for the 670 if you want it.

Its a 97 Summit. I probably don't need that kit but it could be fun.

, I hate when people type in all caps when it's part of thier job.

But yes, if he's loosing money at $300 less, he's only making $200-250? On a $7500 trailer, I'd say he's doing it wrong

We lost power and cable/internet sometime during the night Thursday and just got everything back on.
We didn't have any damage locally or flooding but I guess parts around us got hit pretty bad.
Life without internet sucks!

We had a downed tree that took out power to most of Chippewa Twp but amazingly my street still had power. A tree also fell on my 4runner but exploded in pieces. No damage on truck.

We had a good frost last night that finally killed my garden. Plants went from alive to limp overnight.

Do you usually ride out of Wilmington? Looking forward to the week day riding in svt.
Doing trail work tomorrow and probably should pull the sleds out of the trailer and get them ready

Went for a walk in my woods today to change cards in trail cams. First camera I get to had a massive scrape 10 feet from it. Look up from the scrape and see a small buck bedded down 10 yards from me. Eased my way out and headed for the other cameras. Got home from running errands to find a heard of does and fawns 30 yards from my door. Need to get a license I guess

my 700 just lifts the ski's on command, wasnt quite what i wanted when i bought it. was looking for a ice fishing play in the field machine, but Meh untill i find something better it will work.

oh, and dont really need snow to check it out. mine probably has more km on it on grass or other "non snow' surfaces since i bought it then actual snow
