Gonna bump this with a Friday morning rant

So fucking tired of people being flakes. You make me a trade offer, then follow through. Dont waste my time.

Some f'er offered me a TJ for my Harley, after I emailed him back and said I was interested, t took him 3 days to respond to that, even after I gave him my #, he kept emailing, then disappears for a week. I write him off after I get another offer, then he emails again and finally text me. Takes another 3 days to get me pics. We finally plan a time for me to meet him at his work last Monday. He fuckin text me and says "sorry change of plans, gotta go out of town till Thurs". Talk to him yesterday evening, and we plan for around noon today. I text him just after 9, to tell him Im heading his way. He text me back and says "dont have the Jeep with me, gotta go to Laredo" I ask him when is a good time and says "maybe this weekend". So fuck him Im busy.

My kid can officially kick my ass on the mountain. He's 7. I've been riding for 30 years.

Yesterday was a bump day. Big soft spring bumps. We found this tight little woods trail- steep, twisty, narrow and all bumps. It was all I could do to keep up, and he just wanted to do it over and over. I tapped out after 5 or 6 times. My legs are are fucking killing me today.

The little ripper:

I love being a Dad.

Seriously dude do a little reading. You might not want to live in one but you can at least respect the design and engineering of them. I would have one but you know can't......

Oh yeah. But there are much worse ways to be reminded than playing with kids.

Went to Menards to get some fencing and post so we can keep the dogs out of the garden. Get home go to grab the stuff out of the back of the truck and can't find the zip ties. I doubt they blew out so I'm guessing I left them in the cart at the store

i need to move a ~8x16' yard shed about 40' over and rotate it approx 100 degrees.

after staring at it for hours clearing out berry bushes today, i think i have a workable idea to rig some cheap-o tires up to the fucker and drag it with my truck

As is can't ride a bike at all?

One of my daughters rode on her first attempt. My other daughter kept putting her feet down when I'd let go of her while teaching her to ride.

Finally I came up with a plan. I tied her shoe laces to the pedals and started pushing her. When she got up to speed I let go and she pedaled her ass off and she has been riding ever since.

The wife and I just drove over 1500 miles(round trip) to pick up a mall crawler. We went to Marco island FL, about as low as you can get by car on the west coast of the state. We took it easy and hugged the coastline all the way home, pretty cool trip.
On a side note the JK did great and we really like it. There are things done I wouldn't have done and things that normally wouldn't have been left on even for the trip home but I guess I am getting older, dgaf and for now am digging it. The only plans for it as of now are gears and possible a locker. I hope to do a few road trips and explore mild trails with it.

I'd give my left and center nut for one of them!

Does it have a clutch or a way to disengage the chipper?

How long till cali goes door to door with an emissions machine?

That was only 15-1600 miles. Roughly 32hours including my 5 hour nap in my livingroom at my property in 29 palms.
