Now you can really say that someone pissed in your Wheaties

Video surfaces of man urinating on assembly line at Memphis Kellogg facility | WREG.com
Quote:
MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A video has surfaced on the Internet of a man urinating on a Kellogg assembly line.

It happened in 2014 at a facility in Memphis, Kellogg spokesperson Kris Charles said.

The video was uploaded by worldstarhiphop.com. Its content is highly graphic.

Kellogg is looking into the incident, and the FDA has started a criminal investigation.

The video was shot during the same time the company and the workers union fell into a nasty labor dispute and those employees were locked out.
Yay unions!

I do believe your first amendment rights end at your genitalia.

Dude they had on at the end was entertaining.

<sidetrack>
When the wifey and I were kids in ~1963, going on a tour of the kellogg plant was something every kid wanted to do (sorta like the Jellybelly tours now). As a west coast kid, I never went but my wife remembered fondly her tour.

skip a generation to the grandkids.....

happened to be near Battle Creek with the grandaughter who was about 3 YO at the time. Went to take the tour, and all they had was a tradeshow booth in a building nowhere near the plant.

Guess the didn't want folks to see what put the Krispy™ in their Treats™.

The Kellogg's tour used to take you through the production floor, and you only got close to well known processes. When the new plant was built, they shut down the tours, they were getting tired of kicking corporate spies out. Nobody takes the tour 50 times.

My brother retired from Kellogg's as a senior food engineer. From what he's said, I'd expect that there will be hell to pay, they take food safety very seriously.

Worry, or do you sense an opportunity?

If the unions weren't greedy bastards, then there wouldn't have been someone peeing in the cereal.

I am sure there is a disgruntled employee there as well. We just don't know which one yet.

Even when the economy goes to shit, people still gotta eat and their kids probably love cereal. Might not be a bad gig to have.

Go click on the video link I posted. That seems like a grim boring job, with constant noise, heat and smell. Your job is to stand in front of a churning vat that's heated by steam and is full of some grain that you're swelling to make puffed wheat, etc.

Oh, so work is supposed to be nothing but fun, riding unicorns while their farts propel you to lightening speed, being able to relax in perfect comfort with a choice between fine wine or scotch?

They're paying you to do something because it needs to be done. Either accept that or quit.
