My regret is to have never rodeoed when I was young.

I was never going to be an "X" games athlete, but I always thought I could have been a bull rider.
I did that, it was a blast, I also realized real fast that at 22 and 165lbs, I was the big old guy

I regret not traveling when I was young. I'd really suggest managing your time and money in a way you crank on your business, then haul ass and see cool shit, don't waste time talking to us on the internet

This.... screw the crotchety old fuckers in here saying to concentrate on work. You can't buy back your youth, doesn't matter how rich you are at 40

Go do the things your body will let you do with ease right now. Go out to Whistler and spend some days riding the downhill park, or blip down to Central America for some surfing, trekking and slaying backpacker pussy.

Ive just turned 31 myself but back when I was 25 I realised there is more to just working. I had spent that 18-25 year old period getting my carpentry apprenticeship finished, putting in some time to get some savings and experience behind me as a contractor and then I took off! I ended up spending 4 of the last 6 years living in Whistler and Fernie where I got to meet a tonne of interesting people, work on some incredible homes and mountain bike and snowboard on some wicked big mountains. Throw in the hiking, camping, 4wding and partying also and it was one hell of a good time!

You have plenty of time to crush it on the work scene dude, life should be about enjoyment and experiences as well!

Buy a used limo for cheap and hit the road.

I grabbed spare tires, a belt, idler, oil, alternator and tools. I didn't use any of the auto parts and just returned them when I got home.

Fly into az, buy one and dump it for cheap where your trip ends or be like me and end up with 2 of them at one point lol. I took my 1st one all over from Reno to Tahoe to LA to Vegas. Get the sunroof and the nights are cool if you crash out in it.

Tinder is not my cup of choice but if you are not ugly that could add to the entertainment factor along your way.

I know my way around a country bar and dance floor so I meet people at any town I stop in, if you have any sort of personality you will have fun.

Condoms, cash and 2 cell phones = good road trip

I was going to say move to bush Alaska for a year but that sounds like it's out of the question. I taught high school shop in an eskimo villages when I was 24-25. It was an awesome experience and I'm glad I did it, it would be much harder to do if you had a wife/ kids.

The Baja tour and the cheap limo sound like a good plan. Good stories that don't break the bank are the main goal here. It helps getting into the 'old boys club' in engineering when you have some interesting experiences to share. Separates you from the rest of the nerds that just stare at a screen every day. Ideally, that would be traveling the world, but that just isn't realistic right now.

I've gone skydiving, but would like to do it again with more exciting scenery than the wheat fields of Innisfail.

What are some big OHV areas in the states that are worth seeing? Getting my wheeler project together this summer is less likely, but the bike and quad are ready to roll.

I did this when I was young and dumb...

over the wall tire changer for NASCAR truck series and Hooters series, traveled with the team.
Raced a sailboat to Bermuda.
Co drove KOH
Pit crew for ultra 4
Got strange
Raced more cars, trucks and boats
Caught a big fish

So my suggestion is to find a coast, do stuff on the coast, hop on with desert race team, catch a big fish, scare the shit out of yourself in something with a roll cage.

Then sign up for the rest of your life. Because.... you'll still be addicted to the cool shit and make time to scare the shit out of yourself and do cool shit with more money.

Screw the ohv drama. As someone that likes to wheel dont stress on trying to bring your own junk.Year after year for moab trips I see my friends stress themselves, their marriage or life then show up and have to work on their junk. The trip isnt about wheeing its about your life.

For 175.00 you can show up in moab and rent a capable jeeps and do many of the scenic trails without all the towing and bs.

Btw that Lincoln Limo knocked down about 15-17 mpg

Don't be in a relationship that sucks ass and keep it going because you think she's the one. That's a thing to do.

Do spend as much time on hobbies and with friends. WAY MO BETTA

I'll be 34 this year and skydiving is still on my to do list. I'd say do it now before little people depend on you. Other than that, if you make it out to Texas keep me posted. ButtFryerSS might try to show you a good time in central Texas but shit might land you in jail

You ever make it to South Texas about the wildest thing I do now is kayak fish

A couple of years ago Id have told him to get his ass down here and the party would begin. Now, the craziest thing I do is pick my stepdaughter up on my Harley sometimes and bring her 9mi home

And even the Harley is going bye bye soon.
