It feels a little Warmer today

I blame President Trump.

I have complemented Trump and his people numerous times. It's just that the crap he does outnumbers those instances by a good margin.

78bronco460 05-31-2017 07:04 AM

Let's get back to building shit, shall we?

I was reading about this yesterday. Very glad he did this. Man, he's turning the neocons out to dry right now. I'm still on the fence. But the more I look into the work he's done this month, the more I like what I see. This climate deal was bad news. It was nothing more than an economic standard to "level the playing field". The TPP and the PCA can burn in hell.

Not to derail. But the $350bil arms deal with Saudi Arabia was mad by the Obama administration, not Trump.

It's 40 degrees here, it can get a lot warmer today and I'd be happy.

We will be in the upper 80's. It is the time of year when you can see the humidity waiting for you in the morning. Be careful what you wish for.

A buddy of mine lives here, but hails from PA, and his family has a house and some property north of Quebec that they visit every summer. This past year, he was telling me it was really pleasant weather wise, so he made a point to tell the locals how awesome he thought global warming was and how it was so much nicer in Canada now because of it. Apparently they didn't find it as funny as we do.

Wait, I thought anonymous or unnamed sources were "fake news"?

Trump pulling out of the Paris Agreement is like me saying I'm not going to bang Kate Upton - it wasn't going to happen anyway and drawing out the decision is just akin to the old joke about how to keep an idiot in suspense. Meanwhile, the Paris Agreement has no teeth and goals and contributions are set voluntarily anyway. Adhering to it is at each country's convenience, so again, like me saying I'm going to bang Kate Upton - maybe the horse will sing.

You agree, then. Welcome to America.

Since it was unenforceable and cost us a bunch of money, I'm glad we got out.

I do still hope that we strive to be cleaner. I really miss the days before pollution got rebranded and politicized. Pollution is bad, no matter what name it's given.

He had the balls to call them out about their lack of participation $ in NATO.
Merkel was hilarious, it sounded like a teenager threatening to pay their own rent.

I also miss the days when you didn't see so much trash on the trails, the lake banks or even on the side of the roads....but no amount of EPA bullshit will have any effect on that.

The real problem with pollution in my opinion...is people in general. Most simply don't give a shit.

How is plastic bags more environmental friendly that brown paper bags? Plastic bottle compared to glass....etc. Face it, we have become nothing more than a throw away society.

It was an illegal treaty by Obama in the first place, as it never went in front of congress.

Smart move by Trump.
