Kitsap Buisness Recomendations

Recently moved here, looking for advise on where to go / shops to use for a couple things. I'm in the Bremerton area; would like to find fairly local stuff, but Tacoma/Olympia aren't too far away if it's worth going. Google is a decent start, but no substitute for experience.

-Looking for a plumbing/irrigation supply place, specifically for drain pipe - 3 to 4" SDR-21 or Sch 40.

-Engine machine shop, preferably one with diesel/tractor experience. Not doing anything fancy/high performance, just basic rebuild machine work.

-Steel yard. If there's a place that good for cheap rems/recycled steel that would be great.

Thats ok, You can always tell him to dial information? Theres more high tech ways for him to gather info. The PBB tops them all of course. He could always go ask the good ole' boys in their rocking chairs outside the courthouse.

OP, also ask your local Sheriff. He may be willing to cruise you around in His truck.

there is a plumbing place in gorst. Its on the right hand side as you are headed up hwy 3 towards belfair.

There is a steel/welding supply place on 18 headed towards Silverdale just outside of gorst on the left by the car dealerships

Interwest Metals by the Tacoma Dome sells remnants and small pieces. They have a good selection and sell metal by the foot.

The guy that owns Pacific Engine and Machine does 4bt and 6bt Cummins machining. Call and ask him about whatever you need done, he doesn't do assembly.
