It’s 55 in the house in the morning in the winter and I only use a single blanket.

I also make my own heat.

Before I was married, I let my house get down to 55-58 degrees at night in the winter, and I had a down comforter with a duvet cover, and two big Pendelton wool blankets on top of that. really heavy, and super comfy.

My wife is always cold, so the temp in the house never gets below about 62 now.

I actually do leave it on during some of my surgeries (implants) or just sometimes if the patients likes it. Doesn’t bother me as they are really easy clean up. (Dentistry)

Didnt read anything, but have a long history with a shit ton of ABCDE stuff. If your're serious, talk to a shrink and be honest. They can't report you unless you threaten, but can offer help. I both wish I'd have asked sooner, and have never asked. You have to decide.

We were given a weighted blanket last year. I was working nights at the time. I helped me sleep better with less tossing and turning. It could get hot at times.
