The Jamie Morgan Kane story
Has anyone ever heard of this guy or his story? I watched this podcast over the last few days and was blown away by this guys life story and his positive attitude after all the shit he has been through.
https://youtu.be/AQuWApn4mz4 Cliffs: -Guy was decorated US special forces medic in Vietnam -His wife & friend commit a murder, he finds out and tries to save his family by moving the body. -Guy takes a plea deal to save his wife from the death penalty and gets 27 to life with parole at 13yrs. -California changes laws while he is in prison and he stays in for 34yrs -Guy get released in 2018 and immediately gets deported. Its 3.5hrs long but is well worth the listen. I see this guys life story becoming a movie someday. Last edited by SLOWPOKE693; 12-06-2018 at 07:49 AM. |

I watched Q108: What If A Shot Caller Puts A Green Light On You In Folsom Prison California?
It was impressive, but I'd want to see the papers that back up his claims. Dude probably has a 1000hp 6.0L F250 with no mods. |

It was something youtube suggested, I watched a little, read a few comments and clicked off it.

He never once says that he was put in jail wrongly. The title of that video is misleading, and I'm not sure why they titled it that way.
He took a deal and had no qualms about doing the time he was supposed to get. His deal was 27 to life with parole at 13yrs. He took that plea deal to keep his wife off death row. Her and a friend committed the murder. This guy tried to hide the body when he found out, to protect his family. Wife would get the death sentance because she was being convicted on felony check fraud charges also, involving this case for some legal loophole reasons. Guy didnt want his kid to grow up with no parents so he did what he had to do to keep the mother safe. There is so much more to thst and the rest of his life story that I cant even begin to explain it. You would have to watch the first podcast at least 1/2 way through to fully understand what's going on. |

I know what it means. I listened to the first episode on a podcast, and then found the youtube video and linked them here. Sorry to confuse your simple mind.

I watched the video and have serious doubt to this guys honesty on his military service and the facts of the murder case. Most of his kills in Vietnam were done with a knife but the story he rambles on for 15 minute minutes is a war games TRAINING STORY ? C'mon now. The murder victim was also a relative by marriage he had known for years and had absolute hatred for. A lot more to the story than he admits in his interviews. I'm sure a good bit of his story is fact but after a little research, I see a narcissist with some kind of savior complex who had more involvement in the murder than he claims. Much more.
