Just because stupid fucks bastardize the English language does not make it acceptable or correct, but it does make one look like a dumbass.

So they did 10 minutes of work and you make them walk through a gate to get home instead of talking them and expect them to associate having to walk to the house with not being cleaned up? I think since they’re related to you even the obvious answers won’t work REGARDLESS of what message you think you sent them (please clean up because I don’t like seeing it. You can stay as long as you need) because you’ve been told how to handle it multiple time here.

OP should install an inferred security system.

I read most of this bullshit but I don't think I saw where you were putting the screws to your son. If he's collecting the rent then he has an obligation to keep it up to your liking. My dad ran into this multiple times when he ran the trailer park he built. Someone would eventually move out but keep their trailer on site. Then they would sub-lease. He'd roll through and when he saw something he didn't like, he'd call the owners. Sounds like your son needs to get in the game and sack up. If he wants the benefit of collecting rent then there has to be some responsibility pushed his way. Plus, if there's multiple people coming down on them then maybe that'll give them the motivation they need to GTFO.

This. Sounds like you should be getting a cut of the rent he's collecting as a bullshit tax as well.

When the husband got home, he called the wife and she called my wife. My wife told her the reason and now they know. We'll see what happens.

Both good points. My son is never home. (He works out of state) His girl friend collects the rent. She has been bitching at them for the last couple months. I really don't care about the money. (My son needs it more) I have been thinking about putting an extra $100 on the rent that will be put in a savings account to be given to them when they move out. (Forced savings)

Why does it matter where your son is? He isn't stepping up to handle the problem, which isn't surprising since you can't handle it either. Seriously, you've been carrying this on WAY longer than necessary.

You will continue to pretend you're the passive aggressive badass while doing absolutely nothing because your wife's purse is bulging with your huge fucking balls.

To be fair, the purse is in his wife's car and he can't figure out the door locks.

Your son will collect rent, your grand dotter will deliver her baby and live in your backyard, your wife will handle communications between then while helping out with her great grand-dotter, you'll come here to complian, baby daddy will say he doesn't have time to clean the place up so you'll clean it to your standards since they can't ever seem to do what you tell them no matter what you try and tell your wife to tell them, and we will all laugh. Oh and you'll never get them any savings since you don't handle the money and they won't pay you because they can't afford it.

We have needed this since BassNTruck and McPewPew were no longer a thing.
