Most of the trails around Sedona aren't exactly "hard", they're more scenic than anything. Nice trails for a relaxing/scenic weekend of wheeling.

Utah feels like living in the Pacific Northwest this year. It has rained all spring. Last night on the weather report, they said snowbird resort has just two inches short of the all time record right now. The forecaster said by Saturday they will get another foot of snow. The record was 700 inches! They also said they will probably be open for skiing on the forth of July. Yep, 58 feet of snow this season.

Fucking Virgin River is a raging bitch right now. Rapids in places I have never seen rapids. A quick warm up with some juicy rains will make life interesting.

OOPS... Can I use Fucking and Virgin in the same sentence?

The local mountains got a dusting of snow last night. It's supposed to melt off later today.

Arizona snow last Thursday on my land up by the Grand Canyon. Snowed some more driving home through Williams and Flagstaff. Saw a couple rollovers on the way. Couldn't believe it was in the 70s even in Phx yesterday... normally well north of 100 this time of year.

Been snowing the entire day here, and I'm only at 6800 ft. I love winter, but I draw the line at June.

I let my car idle all day today to do my part to stop snow in May!

Feels like this is about the 3rd or 4th year in a row we've had a cold, wet late spring/early summer but maybe I'm just mis-remembering.

I wouldn't be surprised if the San Juans didn't have their biggest snow year in recorded history. It always seems like it's feast or famine down there and for the past decade or so it sure seems like it's been more famine than feast. They needed a good year, but maybe not THIS good.

Fairplay, CO. area.

I've been in Colorado 50 of my 51 years and I haven't seen snow like this in a long time. Arapaho Basin has plans to extend the ski season until June 23.
