For that price they could at least take some decent pictures.

Find the right buyer and they might be able to get $60k for it.

Looks like a bent LCA like most of the long arm JK kits use.

Not sure what your point was in quoting me - maybe none?

Look at the vertical placement of the rear upper C/O mount.
That's at most a stock amount of wheel travel, no?

I believe my quoted statement stands.
Please advise if I'm missing something.

Also, suggest using bleach rather than soap for your "mounth"

I figure the Jeep fag should at the very least have a chance to try and defend his overpriced pile.

Admittedly ignorant on JKs. I just assumed 4 banger because it's as stripped down of a Jeep as you can buy.

Here it is:

For only $14,500 you too can be the proud owner of that 8 year old basic as fuck Jeep.

Sounds like a scam.

The only scam is how in the hell are you ever going to get your head out of your ass.

The seller is in Medford, and he's targeting silicon valley fags.

Anyone who's ever been to Medford, or any part of Oregon, knows how incredibly high the individuals that live in that state really are. Oregon is completely retarded. California made sure of that when every retarded Californian moved up there. We needed the room for more Mexicans.

I especially like the fact that after asking for $105k, he still has the balls to charge any prospective buyer shipping to get it to them and the fact that he isn't even willing to put in the effort to list all of the mods to justify his price point, simply saying "Much more to list."

Dude, you're asking six figures for a Jeep. The least you can do is list every single damn thing that's been done in an attempt to justify that laughable figure.

I'll just chalk it up to a miscommunication. I guess I assumed the ad was claiming it was a long arm kit and used the wrong jargon. I thought your post referred to the LCA looking like a short arm setups.

Now that I really look at what was said, I think he was sold a "long travel suspension" bring his coilover kit and their mounting system which seems to offer a longer shock stroke?

Meh.

No biggie, but since what you quoted said "long-travel suspension" and you threw down the "guru" implication with your

. . . I figured you'd look at that photo and apply your JK "expertise" to see that the upper mount is 2+ inches below stock while the lower is at stock height (zero to negative gain). They added 2" of bump stop & lowered the shock tops 2+", so any gains are droop only. Those C/Os may have slightly longer travel than stock shocks (dunno), but I see <4" of bump travel so it likely sucks offroad above 15 MPH. Since dude's "never been offroad", I guess it's a been non-issue

I'm still calling it "not long-travel" in the rear.
They compromised shock placement for bolt-on reasons only IMHO.
Uninformed customer + wallet-job bullshit "becuz coilovers, brah".

Note: I do not claim to be a guru on this shit, but I know a few things.
However, your "ignorance surrounding JK's" jab appears inappropriately smug.
If that was not directed at me, we're back to my initial reply to you:
