If its a work day I usually have a breakfast burrito and some juice. Days off, when I have a little more time to cook, I usually have eggs, hash browns or corned beef hash, sausage or bacon and some juice - I do not drink coffee.

Work days it's a metrx protein bar or cliff bar, days off its usually bacon/ eggs/ toast etc. Occasionally I'll eat a bowl of cereal.... preferably the crappy zero nutrition kids type.

Been on an oatmeal kick on workdays, quick easy and healthy.

Weekend days, scrambies or breakfast sammies or waffles or something more interesting than oatmeal.

Lots of variety in here.

I might try switching it up to some type of breakfast bar. Any time ove tried anything you cant eat on the go I've given up on after a week or 2.

Cliff bars seem to be the meal of choice?

Work days: Banana and Yogurt/Granola or a burrito around 10/11am. That's it under dinner between 6-9pm.

Weekend: Egg Skillet

Caffeine kills my appetite and I end up eating breakfast at like 10am or 11am. Which pushes lunch back to 3pm or 4pm, and dinner typically doesn't happen till after 8pm pr 9pm.

Maybe there's nothing wrong with that, but it doesn't matchup with anyone else's schedule..

I typically eat leftovers or make eggs and sausage. I'm also bad about going with cereal or fruit. If there's a package of blue barries around, I will straight up eat the whole carton.

Exactly.

I'll eat sometime between 11-4.

If closer to 11 I'll usually have a small dinner.

If closer to 4 that'll be it for the day.

i usually go for a pedal on tues after work, so i usually grab a cliff bar to eat before heading out. lately ive been grabbing two and eat the other one for breakfast. the belviata bars are decent and surprisingly keep the hunger away until noonish.

When I’m not being a fatass, I’m inclined to do overnight oats or a protein shake filled with greens, oats, chia seeds, berries...both are filling, healthy, and good to eat on the go.

I can't eat a big breakfast, so it's been a bowl of cereal 95% of the time.

Sometimes pancakes...

Ham, egg, and jalapeno sandwich or nothing on the weekdays depending on when I wake up and how busy work is.

Weekends are usually 2 eggs, avocado(that's right, avocado bitches), and fruit, oh and some bacon if I'm lucky enough to have time to cook it.

Crystal light has an energy packet you put in 16oz of water that has caffeine. It forces me to drink the water each morning basically. Then it's a cup of coffee (or two if the day sucks) at work until lunch around 11am...unless I miss that window and it's an early dinner around 4 typically due to said day sucking.
